Our Head of Accident & Health, Melanie Barrett, provided insight into the PA covers available in the market. We explored key definitions and exclusions from a technical perspective including what is a pre-existing condition and how a takeover provision works and how exclusions may be applied.
We looked at how a claim is assessed taking into account those definitions and exclusions and what the outcomes may be.
CPD points will be issued following the completion of a webinar to all those who registered and logged in under their name.
If you logged in under a different name i.e. one of your colleagues, an automated email will be sent out following the completion of the webinar with a form for each individual to complete and send back in order to receive their CPD points.
